Josep Ramon Novell Josep Ramon Novell is an experienced lawyer in Company Law, International Law, and Commercial Law. He has been able to advice multiple companies in successful cross countries operations. Law graduate by the Universitat de Barcelona, with a Master degree in International Business Law by Esade, and LL.M. in International Law by the Chicago-Kent College of Law, He has earned a world wide education that helps him deal with very different situations with clients from different cultures. Josep started his career as an in-house counsel for different hotel chain companies before deciding to go international by legally advising companies in their international expansion. After some time working with legal boutiques in Barcelona relating to the local startup ecosystem, he set up his own shop to grow and help all his clients before joining the team at Soares & Avila, where his expertise will be used to benefit the companies and entrepreneurs around him, and build international bridges to and from this community.
